Can I fill in the contract fields before signing?+

Can I add today's date automatically?+
Yes. Use the Date tool to insert a formatted date (long, ISO, US, or custom) and drop it into the date field.
Can two people sign the same contract?+
Yes — one at a time. Sign your side first, download, and send the signed PDF to the counterparty; they can open this page in their browser and add their signature to the same file.
Is a browser-signed contract legally binding?+
For standard business contracts in the US, UK, EU, and Canada, yes. See our /electronic-signature page for the specifics. For documents with special formal requirements (wills, some real-estate filings) use a qualified provider.
Do I need to install anything?+
