PDF Sign Studio started with one frustration: signing a simple document meant handing a private contract to a stranger's server, creating an account, and then paying to remove a watermark. We built the opposite — a complete PDF workspace that runs entirely inside your browser.

How it works technically
Every tool is built on open web technology — rendering, editing, and re-writing PDF files happens in JavaScript inside your own tab. When you open a document, it is read from your disk into your browser's memory. When you download the result, it is written straight back to your device. Passwords you type to unlock or protect a file are held only for the moment they are needed and are never transmitted or stored.
The one exception is our optional AI assistant, which sends only the text you choose to ask about to an AI provider so it can answer or summarise. You are always in control of whether to use it.
